WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR 2019


A completed application and advance payment are required to reserve a space.
Applications submitted by email, and payments made through PayPal will have priority on space reservations.
"Prior year vendors have right of first refusal on space reservations when applications are received on or before March 1st.

Basic Rules:

The setup time can start at 6AM and MUST BE COMPLETED by 7:59AM. * we plan to stager set up times to offset congestion


**NEW ONE WAY TRAFFIC! – All traffic will enter VIA Main Street and head down N. Queen Street by Town Hall and stage area (MAPS SHOW TRAFFIC FLOW) Please refer to updated maps: http://sunfest.us/vendors.aspx (Click On Map to open larger version)

**NEW STAGGERING SETUP TIME
The Outside spaces will setup between 6:00-7:00AM (Indicated by GREEN on the maps) *Includes food vendors
The Middle spaces setup between :6:30AM and 7:59AM (Spaces that are not Green)

  1. There should not be ANY vehicles in or near the vendor area at 8AM.
  2. UNLOAD and then move your vehicle and come back to finish setting up.
  3. Please bring and health department permits or tax identification where necessary. We are not responsible for these documents.
  4. If you are using electric please bring appropriate heavy duty cords.
  5. We mark the spaces the night before with chalk to help show were your area is.

Break down can happen around 4PM and would like to have everyone ready to move out around 5PM.

  1. Must clean up the space that was occupied and any trash that may be near the immediate area.
  2. Pack everything up then retrieve your vehicle to load.
  3. Please return to our website after the event is over and take the time to send us feedback on how we could make the event better for you and ideas you may have for us for next year!
